The core quality of a towel depends on its raw materials. We select high-count, highly absorbent microfibers (polyester-nylon blended yarn). After the raw materials are unpacked, they undergo processes such as carding and blending to evenly mix fibers from different batches, ensuring consistent weight and texture across every batch of products.
The pre-treated fibers are sent to the spinning workshop, where they are spun into high-tenacity yarns using ring-spinning technology. These yarns are then fed into looms, which employ different weaving techniques based on specific product requirements—such as the high density of automotive towels or the oil-repellent texture of kitchen towels—to produce greige fabric with varying weights, thicknesses, and textures.
After dyeing and finishing, the towels are sent to the cutting workshop, where they are precisely cut to preset dimensions and then hemmed and sewn by experienced workers. All towels undergo rigorous dual quality inspections—both manual and machine-based—to check for dimensional deviations, seam strength, absorbency, lint shedding rates, and other metrics; non-conforming products are immediately rejected.
Towels that pass quality inspection are sent to the packaging workshop, where they are individually packaged and labeled with product information before being stored in the warehouse awaiting shipment. From raw materials to finished products, a single cleaning towel undergoes hundreds of meticulous production steps, each of which reflects our unwavering commitment to quality.
